As I started this career in Real Estate, I quickly realized that clients are looking for someone they can trust. I also quickly realized that not only is my way of life and integrity important, but also a strong knowledge base of this industry. Living in Edmond for the past 29 years has been an incredible experience. Prior to our move here, we lived in one of the lovely historical districts of OKC. Watching both communities grow and thrive has been exciting. Our children attended Edmond public schools from K-12, and I have seen many new schools built and continue to. Edmond is a growing thriving community that has also managed to maintain is sense of small community and commitment to excellence. I was a teacher for ten years, and had the privilege of being a stay at home mom for awhile. Also during my stay in Edmond, I had the distinct privilege of being a CASA volunteer for twelve years (Court Appointed Special Advocate for the victims of abuse and neglect in Oklahoma County). The act of advocating and serving falls perfectly in line with Real Estate. It is my belief that Real Estate is a service industry, not a sales industry. I chose Keller Williams for their commitment to service, but also their culture and theme of God first, then family, then business. Being familiar with the broad choices of schools in the metro area, the many beautiful older neighborhoods, and also listing new construction has kept my business a very active one.
